About me
Nickolas Raczek (Nick) is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the Clinic Administrator for CHAAT at CHCS, dedicated to advancing mental health care with a compassionate, relational leadership style. With a career rooted in mental health since 2015, Nick has a proven track record of developing innovative systems that improve patient access and reduce wait times, notably during his tenure as Assistant Director of Admissions at a children’s psychiatric hospital. Nick’s diverse background spans hospitality, education, and coaching, where he helped shape young athletes' character and leadership abilities. Holding degrees in Theology and Counseling, his true passion lies in nurturing leaders and supporting people to realize their full potential, emphasizing care over control in his leadership approach. Outside of work, Nick enjoys hiking, spending time by the river, and cherishing moments with his 92-year-old grandmother, his favorite person in the world. His hobbies include reading, painting, playing sports, biking, and a lifelong love of learning. Committed to prevention, Nick leads efforts to raise awareness about mental health and crisis issues affecting young people, focusing on education to help prevent crises and suicide.
