About me
Dr. Courtney Harvey is a Licensed Professional Counselor–Supervisor, End of Life Doula, and serves as the Associate Commissioner for Mental Health Programs within the Behavioral Health Services Division at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. She brings extensive experience across a variety of behavioral health settings, including community mental health, private psychiatric hospitals, juvenile detention, adult probation, and other behavioral health care environments.
