Cheryl previously served as Chief Legal Officer for a private equity-backed physician practice management company, providing her with valuable in-house operational and legal insight. She is well-versed in healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, licensing, AI regulatory compliance, and other complex healthcare legal issues.
