About me
Angelica has over 20 years of experience in special education and holds teaching certifications in Special Education and English as a Second Language. She began her career as a middle school special education teacher and later served in a districtwide role supporting K–12 campuses and training school staff. As a member of the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA) and founder of EDU PrepSpace, Angelica now advocates for students and families navigating the education system. Drawing on extensive experience with schools and special education processes, she works to ensure students receive appropriate services and supports. Over the past eight years, Angelica and her team have assisted hundreds of families across more than 18 Texas school districts.
